- This season is the first season of HKRP where Ramsay did not eliminate a chef in the middle of service.
- This season is the first season since Season 25 where the first dinner service was not a joint loss, and the first season where the red team won the first service. It is also the first season since Season 26 where a team did not win two services in a row (excluding joint wins).
- This season is the first season since Season 25 to have 16 episodes.
- This is the first season since Season 21 where a member of the blue team was the last chef eliminated before the black jackets were given out.
- This season is one of three seasons, along with Season 23 and Season 26, where a chef was eliminated in the Black Jacket Challenge, and the only instance where the only chef eliminated was a member of the Blue Team.
- This season is the first since Season 26 where a chef voluntarily withdraws from the competition, and the first instance where the competitor withdrawing is the first to be eliminated.
